FASCA Event:
FASCA Atlanta is hosting a Mid-Autumn Festival Culture Storytime event at the East Cobb Library on Saturday 9/25. We will need 8-15 volunteers. If FASCA members would like to volunteer for the 9/25 event, please sign up below.
Details:
A. Training & Practice: 9/12 (Sun.) 5:45 -6:15 pm – (30 mins after the Culture Program)
B. Virtual Rehearsal: 9/18 (Sat.) or 9/19 (Sun.) 8:00 -9:00 pm (via Google Meet)
C. Event Day: 9/25 (Sat.)
Shift 1 -(30 min) 1:30-2:00 pm -Set up & Final tune-up
Shift 1 -(60 min) 2:00-3:00 pm -[PROGRAM] -Storytime + Crafts
Shift 2 -(60 min) 3:00-4:00 pm -[PROGRAM] -Storytime + Crafts
Shift 2 -(30 min) 4:00-4:30 pm -Clean up
*1.5 FASCA service hours will be granted to participants with one shift.
2.5 FASCA service hours will be granted to participants with both shifts.
*Please sign up by 5 pm, Sunday, 9/12. If more than 15 members sign up, members with higher points will be selected.
*If you sign up but could not make it, please find a substitute in FASCA and notify the event coordinator beforehand, otherwise, points will be deducted.
