FASCA Atlanta is organizing a volunteer program at two assisted living facilities in East Cobb on the first Saturday from 1:45 pm-4:30 pm every month (except January).
We will need 4-10 volunteers on each date. For the first event on 11/6, we will be performing the same Mid-Autumn Festival Shadow Puppetry and Crafts as the 9/25 East Cobb library program. If you would like to volunteer on 11/6, please sign up below by Saturday, 10/23.
*Requirement*
-30 minutes virtual rehearsal
-Members who did not attend the 9/25 East Cobb library program will need to submit origami rabbit craft homework.

Shift 1 -(90 min) at [The Solana East Cobb]
1:45 -2:00 pm: Set-up
2:00 -2:30 pm: SESSION 1 -Shadow puppetry and origami demo
2:30 -2:45 pm: Prepare for the Session 2
2:45 -3:15 pm: SESSION 2 -Shadow puppetry and origami demo
3:15 -3:30 pm: move to the 2nd facility (5-min driving)
Shift 2 -(60 min) at [Sterling Estates of East Cobb]
3:30 -4:30 pm: One session with Shadow puppetry and origami craft

1.5 FASCA service hours will be counted for participants in Shift 1
1.0 FASCA service hour will be counted for participants in Shift 2
*If you sign up but could not make it, please find a substitute in FASCA and notify the event coordinator beforehand, otherwise, points will be deducted.

The next event on 12/4 will be a Christmas Concert. All members are invited to participate. All musicians are welcome to perform individual solos or small group performances, including singing, dancing, or playing instruments. A Christmas song list will also be provided for all participants singing in the group performance.
