As we approach the upcoming FASCA Presidential Election and Officer Appointment for the 2024-2025 term, we urge all eligible members to step into leadership roles and make a difference in FASCA!
In a leadership role, you will have more opportunities to practice and exercise your leadership style. You will be responsible for engaging others to accomplish the assigned missions. You will also get more attention for mentorship. The leadership training you get from FASCA will benefit you for the rest of your life!

🗳️Presidential Election Update
This year, we are excited to introduce a change in the FASCA Presidential Election procedure. The election has been moved up one month earlier, on 4/21, rather than the customary end-of-semester event on 5/19.
🗳️Officer Appointment Application Process
In addition to the Presidential Election changes, the officers for the upcoming term will not be elected from the general membership. Instead, we invite members interested in serving as officers for the 2024-2025 term to apply. The current President, the President-elect (after 4/21), and advisors will conduct interviews to select the new officers. These appointed officers will receive notifications of their positions, with the announcement of the new officer team at the end-of-semester event on 5/19.

🗳️Speech for President Candidates and Officer Applicants
Each president candidate and officer applicant should prepare a concise 1- to 2-minute speech to deliver during the 4/21 FASCA Showcase event. For those unable to attend on 4/21, we ask that you record your speech and send it to us no later than Wednesday, 4/17. Thank you.
