Get ready to shine at the FASCA Showcase on Sunday, April 21st! This promises to be an extraordinary day where we’ll showcase our talents and welcome our guests and prospective members. Here’s everything you need to know to make this event a success:
1. Event Agenda:
• 10:30 AM: Venue setup (members only)
• 11:00 AM: Public event begins.
• Performers, please arrive at 10:15 AM to set up your instruments/props and warm up for your performances. Thank you!
2. Members’ Sign-up Form:
Please confirm your participation by April 7th using the member sign-up form linked below. Your prompt response will help us ensure a seamless event.
3. Sharing Taiwanese Dishes:
We kindly ask each family to bring a Taiwanese dish to share with fellow participants. Please have your dish delivered by 10:50 AM for setup. Let’s aim for a diverse menu, so please try to avoid duplicating dishes. Thank you for making our event a delicious and culturally rich experience!
4. Invitation – for FASCA families and prospective future members:
Please check out the attached event invitation and spread the word! The FASCA Showcase is a fantastic opportunity to highlight our achievements and attract new members for the upcoming semester. We encourage everyone to invite potential members to experience the spirit of FASCA firsthand.
5. Complimentary Lunch and RSVP for Guests:
To enjoy the complimentary lunch, all guests (including FASCA parents) are required to RSVP by April 12th using the following link: (FASCA members, please do not fill out the RSVP form for yourselves.)

6. Volunteer Responsibilities:
During lunchtime, FASCA members will be divided into two groups. The first group will serve meals and prepare wheel cakes for the initial 30 minutes, followed by a switch with the second group. Volunteer duties will be assigned based on sign-ups and shared with you when available.
7. Pre-event Briefing – Friday, 4/19, from 8:30 – 9:00 PM:
We will host a pre-event briefing via Zoom to discuss your responsibilities and provide detailed information about the showcase.
8. One-Day Tour of Taiwan Session:
Please bring a laptop for the team presentation on attractions research. This will be essential for our activities and discussions.
