As we approach the end of the year, we are pleased to invite you to be part of a remarkable event – the 2024 New Year Flag-Raising Ceremony.
The flag-raising ceremony will take place on January 1 at the Culture Center of TECO, held by the ROC Veterans Association in Atlanta (亞特蘭大榮光會).
We are looking for members to help with various tasks, including setting up the venue, assisting with the sign-in procedure, and contributing to the ceremony by singing the national anthems of the United States and the Republic of China. Following the flag-raising, there will be a short ceremony indoors at the hall.
This New Year ceremony, similar to the successful one in October when we celebrated the 112th Double Ten National Day, will be a significant occasion for our community. It’s an opportunity to come together and mark the beginning of the year with pride and camaraderie.
