[ 12/4 Christmas Concert ]—Volunteer Program at East Cobb Assisted Living Facilities

FASCA Atlanta is conducting a volunteer program at two assisted living facilities in East Cobb on the first Saturday every month (except January) from 1:45 pm to 4:30 pm.
Our 2nd event is a Christmas Concert on 12/4. All members are welcome to participate. You do not need to be able to play an instrument to take part in the concert.
We will need 6 to12 volunteers. If you would like to volunteer for the Christmas Concert, please sign up below by Friday, 11/12.

*Requirement*
-On-site singing and playing simple percussion instruments provided by FASCA
-60-min Virtual Rehearsal – Friday 11/19 or Sunday 11/28 from 8:00 – 9:00 pm (via Google Meet)
-30-min Virtual final walkthrough (if necessary) -TBD (a few days before 12/4)
-Team practice for individual small group performance

Shift 1 -(90 min) at [The Solana East Cobb]
1:45 -2:00 pm: Set-up
2:00 -2:30 pm: SESSION 1 -Concert program (30-min)
2:30 -2:45 pm: Prepare for Session 2
2:45 -3:15 pm: SESSION 2 -Concert program (30-min)
3:15 -3:30 pm: move to the 2nd facility (5-min driving)
Shift 2 -(60 min) at [Sterling Estates of East Cobb]
3:30 -3:45 Set up
3:45 -4:30 pm: Concert program (45-min)
